A. Reed
Hayes has served as President & CEO
since the predecessor company’s formation in 2002. He was
formerly President of the National Restaurant Association
Educational Foundation which was responsible to an independent
Board for marketing employee training,
profitability improvement and professional development programs to
restaurant operators nationwide. He was also responsible for
industry philanthropic
and related activities.
Previously, he
was Chairman, President & CEO of American Silver Company, a $50+
million manufacturer of tableware products for the restaurant
industry. Hayes acquired American Silver in partnership with
Merrill Lynch in 1983 and successfully divested the company in
1995.
Hayes is an
economics graduate of Yale University. He has also studied at the
Yale School of Management and the Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania.

Randy Ross,
Senior Vice President Operations,
has a strong background in technology, operations and supply chain
management. Previously, Mr. Ross served for as Director of Strategy,
Acquisitions, and Business Development at Iomega Corporation.
Mr. Ross received his MBA in
International Business from Duke University (GEMBA). He is a
graduate of the University of Phoenix and has been an adjunct
faculty member at the University of Phoenix’s Graduate and Business
Management School (GBAM). He is also a Lean Six Sigma Champion and
has managed numerous Six Sigma quality control projects.
He has traveled and worked extensively
in the Russian Far East for both startup and Fortune 500 companies.
He is a passionate advocate of alternative energy projects. He has
designed and installed both solar and micro-hydro projects.
